About the role
The Project Manager - OPM Firm - Academic Projects will:
- Manage multiple small-to-mid-size renovation and development projects simultaneously in the Boston area.
- Act as a primary client interface, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship building.
- Facilitate project coordination from conceptual design through construction and closeout.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
- Maintain strict attention to schedule, budget, and overall project execution.
- Contribute to the growth of the Boston office through high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support senior leadership (SPM and Partners) on strategic project initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Manage multiple small-to-mid-size renovation and development projects simultaneously in the Boston area.

Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in project management within an OPM firm or architectural background.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
- Experience working on renovations, institutional, academic, or nonprofit projects preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and responsive.
- Must be commutable to Boston and able to work onsite 5 days per week.

Pay
