Project Manager - Operations

Construction and general contractor project accountants, I have a GREAT role for you! Our hyper-growth client is looking to add to their team in September. This position is 4 days/week onsite and 1 day/week remote. The appeal of this role is the ownership of responsibilities. You will be a high impact project accountant responsible for a multitude of mission critical items. AP, AR, general accounting, and even some certified payroll. If you have worked in a construction company or general contractor in the past, you will easily understand this role. Please apply today! Responsibilities:• Oversee financial and administrative activities for assigned projects.• Prepare monthly client billing packages.• Review subcontractor invoices, purchase-related documents, and payment requests.• Track committed costs against project expenses and investigate discrepancies.• Support the continued improvement and optimization of Procore. • 5+ years of experience in project accounting, project operations, or a related financial management role.• Strong understanding of accounts receivable billing, cost tracking, invoice reconciliation, and payment collection processes.• Experience working with subcontract documentation, purchase orders, schedules of values, and retainage requirements.
