PROJECT MANAGER ( ONSITE)

Mandatory Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution (copy of degree required with Candidate Proposal Response).
• At least 6 years acting as a project manager for complex application development projects throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• At least 6 years experience managing complex infrastructure IT projects, covering all project phases: origination, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 years experience facilitating and managing communication across both technical and non‑technical stakeholder groups, including executive‑level sponsors.
• At least 6 years experience using project management tools, such as MS Project, to document all phases of a project, work breakdown structure, risks, issues, execution/implementation, quality control, and project closeout.
• At least 6 years experience in business process analysis and related documentation, including requirements gathering, use case documentation, and workflow diagramming.
• At least 6 years experience working in the Public Sector on projects utilizing sensitive data within the Health Care industry, where HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI) regulations apply.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
