About the Role

As a CBRE | T&T Project Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role requires an on-site presence at your client's campus in Indianapolis or Lebanon, IN three to four days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees, including monitoring training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, work schedules, task assignments, and cross-training of staff.
  • Set and track staff and department deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
  • Oversee all phases of project management: procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expenses, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business lines to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans.
  • Apply broad knowledge of the business and discipline integration to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Influence others to adopt different viewpoints while adhering to policies and plans.
  • Solve technical and operational problems of complexity; improve existing methods, processes, and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance measurement, and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead sensitive, complex, and difficult information exchanges, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams toward broad operational targets impacting multiple disciplines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills, including calculating percentages, fractions, and financial-related figures.

Effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend were consolidated into a single global business entity. Initial employment may be with Turner & Townsend PJM US LLC, with a subsequent transfer to Turner & Townsend at a later date.
