About the role
The Project Manager maintains strong relationships within assigned accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful implementation. This role collaborates with sales, engineering, and finance teams to manage projects, ensuring design and installation services meet or exceed customer expectations. The Project Manager oversees projects from handoff by the sales team through implementation and transition to the customer care team.
Responsibilities
- Internal organization of project documentation
- External communications to client
- Issue resolution
- Organization of project equipment
- Manage project timelines and expectations
- Obtain customer signature upon project completion and referrals
- Ensure solution adoption 30- and 60-days post installation
- Use role-specific platforms: Acumatica, HubSpot, D-tools
Requirements
- Experience managing projects with varying levels of complexity
- Strong customer service orientation internally and externally
- Experience managing project budgets
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in AV, IT, or other technology fields preferred
- PMP Certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
There is flexibility to work from home some days, but the role is mostly onsite.
