Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects from award through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Monitor labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and overall project costs.
- Manage procurement, purchase orders, delivery logistics, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Cookordination with Construction Managers, Crew Chiefs, field staff, and subcontractors to support efficient field operations.
- Conduct project meetings, crew coordination meetings, and client updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Track project performance, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, inspection reports, and turnover documentation.
- Support team development and leadership of field and project staff.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, utility, civil, wireless, commercial, energy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, procurement, project controls, and contract administration.
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, self-perform operations, and field teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Project management or construction management certifications preferred.
