Project Manager- Municipal Utlities

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple underground utility projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee contracts, project documentation, billing, and financial performance
• Visit jobsites to monitor quality, safety, and project progress
• Lead project meetings to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Support collaboration between operations and project teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Background in underground utilities, water/wastewater, or municipal infrastructure preferred
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and P&L
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; JD Edwards and/or Primavera experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally as needed
