We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and manage multi-family construction projects from initial planning to the final stages of construction. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and driven construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. About the Role: As a Project Manager, you'll oversee certain aspects of multi-family construction projects and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you’re a proactive, organized team player who possesses the ability to work well under pressure—this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Create subcontracts, payment applications, and project schedulesManage project administration and document controlMaintain safety and qualityParticipate in meetings between owners, subcontractors, and team membersMaintain professional relationships among industry partners What You Bring: Experience: 5+ years in multi-family construction or related field, and/or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction management or a related discipline. Fundamental knowledge of multi-family product types and trades. Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, AutoCAD (for plan viewing), and DocuSignSkills: Proficient in contract negotiation, early issue recognition and resolution, and strategic planning. Experienced with reviewing and interpreting construction documents, along with reading and writing technical specificationsAttributes: Resourceful, persistent, dedicated, decisive, knowledgeable, reliable, assured, and personable Position: Reports to Division Manager and Senior Project ManagerOversees Superintendent, Project Engineer, InternBackfill Superintendent and Project Engineer role when absent Physical Requirements: Desk and computer-based workInspect job sites: walk 1-2 miles, climb stairs, ladders, and scaffoldingLift up to 15 pounds at a timeCommute to the job site Why Join Us?
