About the role
The Project Management Team is a driving factor of our growing business. This full-time, in-person position ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all project deadlines are met on time and within budget.
- Efficiently communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors, and architects to provide optimal project solutions.
- Manage projects from estimate through contract negotiation, submittals, procurement, change orders, delivery, billing, and closeout.
- Coordinate project requirements with customers, including material phasing, pre-installation, installation, delivery, and punch list.
- Proactively plan and conduct face-to-face visits to customer offices and job sites to act as a project partner, not just a material supplier.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
- High school diploma required.
Qualifications
- Experience with Division 8 plans and specifications (preferred).
- Experience using industry-specific software such as Comsense (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 2+ years of construction experience (preferred).
- 2+ years of project management experience (preferred).

Pay
Salary range: $65,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
