About the role
Responsible for managing systems programs related to the MQ-9A aircraft. This includes overseeing project timelines, budgets, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of systems programs for the MQ-9A aircraft.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in systems program management.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Experience with MQ-9A systems and associated technologies.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes and industry standards.

Pay
