Key Responsibilities
- Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects over $500K and under $20M.
- Ensure project success from proposal/bidding through completion, focusing on meeting client expectations and achieving profitability.
- Emphasize safety performance across all projects.
Requirements
- Experience managing substation/utility-specific projects with a focus on mission-critical/hyperscale markets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially in job cost tracking and estimating software.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments, including in-field support for substation projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at working with project teams, field personnel, and customers.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company by taking on evolving responsibilities and technical challenges.
