Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects over $500K and under $20M.
  • Ensure project success from proposal/bidding through completion, focusing on meeting client expectations and achieving profitability.
  • Accountable for all aspects of project execution, including safety performance.

Requirements

  • Experience managing substation/utility-specific projects with an emphasis in mission critical/hyperscale markets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in job cost tracking and estimating software.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments, including in-field support for substation projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with project teams, field personnel, and customers.
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company by embracing evolving responsibilities and technical challenges.
