Project Manager, Mining & Aggregates

About the role

The Project Manager – Mining & Environmental Services will be responsible for driving the success of Sylvania NRM’s aggregate and mining operations segment. Key responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, managing multiple projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of mining, aggregate, and environmental service operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts and manage multiple projects
• Ensure the successful execution of mining, aggregate, and environmental service operations
• Manage and lead a team of professionals to meet project goals and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mining and aggregate industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and environmental compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
