Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a phase of a larger project or manage multiple smaller projects ensuring profitable operations.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate and meet internal and external customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field and 5+ years of related experience in construction, or equivalent combination of both.
  • PM experience and experience with large, multi-scope, construction builds.
  • Experience supporting data center site development or heavy civil construction associated with data center campuses or similar large-scale site developments preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and civil plans.
  • Familiarity reviewing CAD drawings.
  • Experience working in Procore or similar construction management platforms.
  • Ability to perform basic takeoffs from plans.
  • PE or Engineering experience desired but not required.
  • Ability to identify deliverables, work with internal team members to generate proposal documents, and provide quality review prior to customer deadlines.
  • Ability to review technical documents, coordinate with internal teams, and support project-specific planning and documentation.
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
  • Available to work onsite and travel up to 50% is required.
