Project Manager - Miami Retail Construction

About the role

Join a growing interior construction firm delivering high-end luxury retail projects for some of the world's most recognized brands. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager or Junior Project Manager looking to take ownership, work remotely, and gain exposure to complex retail interiors ranging from $1M to $10M.

Client Details

Our client is a specialized general contractor focused exclusively on high-end retail interior construction. Operating nationwide with a strong presence throughout Miami, they deliver approximately a dozen premium projects annually for retail brands and maintain long-standing relationships with repeat clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and maintain communication
• Support estimating and preconstruction activities as required

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of construction project management experience
• Experience with high-end or luxury retail construction projects
• Self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able and willing to travel periodically to project sites throughout the Southeast and East Coast

Pay & Benefits

• $105,000 - $120,000 base salary
