Project Manager - Merchandising

The role

Build a clear tasking framework so internal teams and external vendors always know what's due, when, and at what priority.

Own merch drops end-to-end, keeping products, assets, and operations on schedule.

Partner closely with the Head of Merch to plan each stage of the pipeline, from resourcing to vendor output.

Cook up vendor and partners across production, design, and fulfillment so nothing slips through the gaps.

Keep communication proactive and tight across every stakeholder.

Track progress daily, spot risks early, and drive the solutions that keep launches on time.

Continuously sharpen processes so our drops stay scalable and repeatable as we grow.

What you'll bring

• Must have: 3+ years as a Project Manager in entertainment, gaming, or a creative agency.
• A track record of juggling multiple projects at once without dropping a ball.
• Genuinely excellent communication.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable in ambiguity and happy to roll up your sleeves.
• Hands-on experience with Notion, Asana, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Roblox platform.
• Shopify experience.
• A strong design or art background.
