We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for Mechanical/HVAC Projects. The successful candidate will manage the planning, design, and execution of HVAC and mechanical systems for a wide range of construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of HVAC and mechanical systems for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives.
  • Evaluate and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and laws.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of various commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay

$90,000 - $140,000 per year
