We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for Mechanical/HVAC Projects. The successful candidate will manage the planning, design, and execution of HVAC and mechanical systems for a wide range of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, design, and execution of HVAC and mechanical systems for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives.
- Evaluate and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and laws.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as necessary.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of various commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
