Job Description Project Manager, Digital Services Location: Culver City, CA, Hybrid Contract: Through 8/30/27 | 40 hrs/week Rate: $76/hr (w2) Start Date: ASAP We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across digital subscription and consumer services within a fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing organization. What You’ll Do Own projects end-to-end, from intake and planning through execution and closeout Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks Partner across Product, Engineering, Growth, Media, Creative, Editorial, and Marketing Drive alignment across multiple teams and competing priorities Lead weekly status meetings, executive updates, and project readouts Identify risks, tradeoffs, and blockers, escalating with clear recommendations Maintain project trackers, creative review schedules, production timelines, and documentation Translate complex information into clear next steps and actionable plans Keep projects moving through ambiguity and changing priorities Improve workflows, processes, and project management standards What We’re Looking For 7+ years of project, program, or operations management experience Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives Strong communication and executive presence Exceptional organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities Comfortable working independently and influencing without authority Strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills Experience handling confidential information with discretion Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Workfront, Wrike, OmniPlan, 10,000ft, or similar Experience with Excel and other productivity/project management tools Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Preferred: Experience in digital services, subscription businesses, large matrixed organizations, or high-visibility marketing/technology environments.
