Project Manager - Manufacturing

As the Project Manager - Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic BVT (Blades & Vanes Tampa) Expansion within the Operations Tampa manufacturing unit. This position is essential for the successful execution of projects tied to this significant growth initiative, where you will coordinate project activities, support governance structures, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Drive project execution, monitor progress, and facilitate resource planning across multiple initiatives.
- Align projects with defined objectives and ensure effective resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks, implement mitigation actions, and keep projects on track and within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate interdependencies between projects to ensure alignment and timely delivery of outcomes, applying project management methodologies, tools, and best practices for consistent execution.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication of project progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate alignment and effective communication, fostering a collaborative environment for project success.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the program, identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively convey project status and issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.
- Basic financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting and reporting.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
