PROJECT MANAGER (M/W/X)

About the role

The Project Manager will work closely and support the General Manager in all areas of daily business with efforts focused on a range of service. The project manager will oversee the project from planning stages, construction in the field to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation at customers' site
• Technical support in the field as well as via telephone/email
• Site visits
• Customer service after sales
• Field sales
• Planning, time management, communication, leadership skills and computer use
• Troubleshoot all US Based SunKid equipment systems
• Aid in processing new equipment orders, installs and seasonal parts/maintenance

Requirements

• Solid mechanical knowledge required
• Desired previous experience in customer support

Qualifications

• A self-confident, highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
• A demonstrated interest in Management and Leadership
• Loyalty and confidentiality
• A passion for Sunkid products and the outdoors
• Knowledge of Windows environment, and MS Office software
