Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily - IN

About the role

General Contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager in St. Louis, MO with multi-family project experience. Opportunity to work for a premier commercial builder in industry. The client is a premier multifamily developer/GC with a booming pipeline growing across the Midwest and Southeast, in continual growth mode, needing a Project Manager to support local growth. Their work consists of luxury multifamily projects including apartment complexes and townhomes. This is a chance to join a team as a leader and be part of a winning, positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activity and project planning.
• Participate in proposal meetings with the owner to review scope of work.
• Monitor project forecast and fulfill job cost responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly job site meetings on site with superintendents.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Meet with potential clients to discuss upcoming work.
• Mentor and guide all members of the project team.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar field.
• 5-8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Previous multi‑family experience is required.
• Experience running projects in the $20M+ range.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to act as a team lead and mentor to junior team members.

Skills

• Proficient in technology and common PM software including PlanGrid, Timberline, Sage Accounting, FastTrack, and Excel.

Pay

• Base salary range of $130,000 – $150,000.
• Performance‑based bonus.
