About the role
ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of multifamily construction projects in Nashville. From preconstruction through closeout, you will drive project performance and profit, working closely with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.
- Lead and coordinate all project phases, from preconstruction to closeout
- Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop concept drawings and budgets
- Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and negotiate contracts
- Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and scope development
- Investigate opportunities for direct material or equipment procurement
- Develop and review project schedules, site logistics, and constructability plans
- Track project performance vs. budget; prepare pay applications and billing reports
- Ensure a fun, safe, and high-quality construction process for clients and partners
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of construction management or engineering design experience
- Previous experience leading ground-up multifamily, hospitality, or senior living projects (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Project
