Project Manager (LSNA-PA-Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver on project scopes through innovative execution strategies, budgets, reports, contracts and schedules
• Provide motivation and direction to project teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Manage project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with project scope, budget, and timeline
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders
• Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies and tools
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 8+ years of project management/design manager experience in an EPCM environment
• Experience managing projects related to Biopharmaceutical industry with a value over $200MM or greater
• Experience with construction sites or manufacturing sites
• Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software, exposure to 3D CADD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Experiences with Progress measurement, Critical Path Method scheduling software, lean implementation tools

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with biopharmaceutical industry projects
• Experience with construction or manufacturing sites
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, schedule software, and 3D CADD tools
• Experience with lean implementation tools

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $144,600.00 to $240,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
