Project Manager (LSNA-PA-Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver on project scopes through innovative execution strategies, budgets, reports, contracts and schedules
- Provide motivation and direction to project teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Manage project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with project scope, budget, and timeline
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies and tools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 8+ years of project management/design manager experience in an EPCM environment
- Experience managing projects related to Biopharmaceutical industry with a value over $200MM or greater
- Experience with construction sites or manufacturing sites
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software, exposure to 3D CADD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Experiences with Progress measurement, Critical Path Method scheduling software, lean implementation tools
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with biopharmaceutical industry projects
- Experience with construction or manufacturing sites
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, schedule software, and 3D CADD tools
- Experience with lean implementation tools

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $144,600.00 to $240,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
