Job Summary

The Low Voltage Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company requirements, and achieving profitability goals.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and maintain project profitability to achieve Company goals
  • Review job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including invoice preparation, customer collections, and financial reporting
  • Manage quality and safety issues on customer work
  • Participate in and facilitate the bid process
  • Act as the Company liaison for interfacing with customer representatives
  • Create, develop, and implement account process improvements
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Self-motivated, positive approach, professional demeanor, and leadership skills
  • Promote Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, effective reading, writing, and presentation abilities
  • High skill level in interpreting blueprints and project documents, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements
  • Able to travel within branch or regional territories as needed
  • Able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to define projects, create scopes of work, develop detailed tasks, and manage to completion

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer interface, such as liaison between customer and Company
  • At least five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • At least five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project)
  • Meet Company minimum driving standards

Education, Certification, License, And Skill Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in customer interface, such as liaison between customer and Company
  • At least five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • At least five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field

Pay

Min USD $100,000.00/Yr. Max USD $110,000.00/Yr.
