Your Role
- Interface with PMA clients and project teams through strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement buildouts, and facilities assignments.
- Manage successful projects and meet/exceed client expectations and deadlines.
- Review and evaluate qualitative program aspects with the owner and verify program conformance with project goals.
- Easily establish partnerships and serve as a liaison between the client and design and construction professionals.
- Initiate and manage the procurement of design, construction, and consultant services.
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, communicating, negotiating, and enforcing contractual documents for design, construction, and consultant professionals.
- Direct and monitor project budget and schedule, including updating and maintaining web-based project controls.
- Create meaningful analysis of budgets and schedules and their effect on the financial objectives of the project.
- Create and review architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents.
- Anticipate potential changes to the budget or schedule and provide solutions on the review and analysis of changes when presented.
- Organize and review value engineering alternatives with the owner.
- Determine requirements and facilitate procurement of peer reviews and specialty consultants.
- Motivate and direct internal resources (Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers), as required.
- Oversee the architect in their review of contractor and vendor onsite activities to verify they are in contractual compliance with design specifications, schedules, and workmanship standards.
- Observe and report on the construction process and construction-related issues.
- Manage the project close-out process to a successful completion.
- Proactively seek out and represent PMA in networking and business development opportunities in addition to assisting PMA leadership in project proposals and subsequent interviews.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $100,000-150,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on location, experience, skills, relevant education, and training.
