About the role

Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Oversee procurement and manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
