Project Manager/Lead - Preliminary Engineering

About the role

Responsible for overseeing preliminary engineering projects, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, construction managers, and clients to ensure project success.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget in alignment with client expectations and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners to foster long-term business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
