About the role
Responsible for overseeing preliminary engineering projects, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, construction managers, and clients to ensure project success.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget in alignment with client expectations and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
