Overview The Project Manager I, Project Delivery (PM) will oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.
• Assists the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.
• Understands the Project Budget and coordinates the management of the Contract delivery type Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
• Knows and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements.
• Oversee the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones.
