Project Manager - Landscape Construction

Duties

• Oversee large landscape construction projects
• Work closely with the Construction Director, Principle Designer, and sales/design team
• Create landscapes of exceptional quality and mechanical integrity
• Manage multiple jobs in different stages of planning and development
• Comprehensive plan review, accurate job costing, in-house labor scheduling, and timesheet management
• Works closely with Glengate's in-house labor resources, material suppliers, and subcontractors
• Coordinate, schedule, and direct subcontractors in the execution of their scopes of work
• Corroborate all client Billing Statements and vendor invoices
• Ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction throughout the construction period and beyond

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing Masonry, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, and Landscaping construction
• General knowledge of pool construction, landscape masonry, lighting, grading and drainage, irrigation, carpentry structures, and plant and hardscape design
• Proven success managing residential and/or commercial projects of $250k+
• Strong cost management skills (tracking estimated vs. actual hours, subcontractor scopes, and costs)
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with high-level clients
• Knowledge and experience with Aspire software, MS Project, and Outlook
