Project Manager - Land Development

Responsibilities

Marketing of land development services
Presentation and proposal preparation
Site planning and civil engineering design
Regulatory permitting
Expert testimony at public hearings
Staffing coordination
Project scheduling
Project financial management
Client relationship management

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering required
• 10 - 15 years of directly related experience
• Professional Engineer licensure in NJ
• Self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and work as part of multi-disciplined project teams
• Proven track record of maintaining an independent client following and strong client relationships
• Thorough understanding of the land development design, permitting and approval processes in NJ
• Demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Driving is a requirement of the position
• A clean driving record is required

Qualifications

Pay

The projected range for this position in the following locations are:
Parsippany, NJ: $118,825 - $152,775
Mount Laurel, NJ: $116,463 - $149,738

Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
