PROJECT MANAGER L1

About the role

Define project scope based on client requirements, manage engagement economics as per project estimates, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from requirements → design → build → testing → go-live.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across:
  • IT / Engineering
  • Supply Chain / Operations
  • External partners (customers, integrators, vendors)
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Standardize workflows for high-volume customers and partners.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years' experience in:
  • EDI integration (ASN, logistics, supply chain transactions)
  • API integration (REST/SOAP, system-to-system automation)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Supply chain / RMA processes
  • Warehouse & logistics operations
• Experience integrating systems such as:
  • ERP (SAP preferred)
  • CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementations in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.

Pay

Expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
