As we grow, we are looking for a proven Project Manager / Job Superintendent to join our team and take full ownership of field operations across our active project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Walks a job site and immediately knows what’s right, what’s wrong, and what needs to happen next
• Commands the respect of trade partners
• Holds the bar high on quality and accountability
• Takes full ownership of field operations across our active project portfolio
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and quality standards
• Collaborates closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design elements with construction
• Works closely with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Ensures compliance with local building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager / Job Superintendent
• Experience managing residential construction projects
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of tradespeople
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of construction management software (optional but preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential construction management
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time as needed

Pay

$85,000 - $115,000 yearly
