We are a respected high-end residential construction company serving the Philadelphia metro area, specializing in both custom new construction and luxury renovations. As we grow, we are looking for a proven Project Manager / Job Superintendent to join our team and take full ownership of field operations across our active project portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Walks a job site and immediately knows what’s right, what’s wrong, and what needs to happen next
- Commands the respect of trade partners
- Holds the bar high on quality and accountability
- Takes full ownership of field operations across our active project portfolio
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and quality standards
- Collaborates closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design elements with construction
- Works closely with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Ensures compliance with local building codes and regulations
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager / Job Superintendent
- Experience managing residential construction projects
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of tradespeople
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction management software (optional but preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential construction management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time as needed
