Key Functions/Responsibilities Team Leadership and Resource Coordination (LMA) Analyze/implement strategy (w/ Marketing Strategist) Set/maintain/analyze scopes, budgets, schedules Client communication/reporting (primary POC) Communication/reporting to Operations and Account Management Team Leadership and Resource Coordination (LMA): Responsible for resource allocation and leading cross-functional teams, the Project Manager ensures people are operating in their areas of strength as outlined in the EOS Accountability Chart and that team efforts align with the project’s Rocks. Use the Accountability Chart to ensure every team member understands their roles and responsibilities. Employ the People Analyzer™ to assess if team members Get It, Want It, and have the Capacity to do it (GWC™), fostering a culture of accountability and right people in the right seats.Analyze and implement strategy (w/ Marketing Strategist): Our Project Manager is the person responsible for keeping our projects on track and aligned with the scope. Guided by the project deliverables and working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System’s principles, they ensure that all projects are on-point and follow the direction we’ve set out.Using the Project Brief to align the project’s scope with the overarching strategy. Set/maintain/analyze scopes, budgets, schedules: The Project Manager sets and oversees the project’s timeline and major milestones, incorporating buffers for unexpected variables. By managing internal and external timelines, employing the Scorecard to track critical metrics, and setting clear Rocks for the team, the Project Manager ensures deadlines are met and the project remains within budget. Client communication/reporting (primary POC): Acting as the chief liaison, the Project Manager manages client expectations through regular update reports, and transparent communication. They maintain organization within projects using tools like Asana for project tracking, ensuring all documentation is properly coded and easily accessible.Communication/reporting to Operations and Account Management: When the going gets tough, our Project Manager gets to the root of it. They’re all about nipping issues in the bud using EOS problem-solving methods. They keep us moving forward and refine our approach as we grow, always keeping the Account Manager and leadership team in the know with the latest updates on project progress.Using the IDS™ (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process and Level 10 Meeting™ agendas, they facilitate the resolution of these issues and continuously optimize processes to improve future project outcomes, all the while keeping the leadership team informed of project health via Scorecard metrics.
