Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure project completion is on time and meets all quality and compliance standards
• Manage submittals and maintain project documentation in the database
• Handle Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Participate in key meetings (bid reviews, GC meetings, subcontractor meetings)
• Oversee coordination with general contractors and project teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of Construction/Project Management experience OR 10+ years of Project Management experience (if coming from a General Contractor experience)
• 5+ years working with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and vertical commercial construction projects
• Experience managing general contractors on commercial construction or data center projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data centers or AI campus projects in healthcare construction
• Owner’s Representative or Construction Management firm experience

Work Environment

• Full-time on-site at the project location in Manassas, VA
• Collaborative and supportive team environment with both the General Contractor and Construction Management firm
• Opportunity to work with a leading AI chip developer on a cutting-edge construction project using advanced technologies

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
