Position Overview

The AES Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager IV to lead a strategic analytics transformation initiative for one of our enterprise clients. The program will transform complex contract data into actionable business intelligence through data engineering, artificial intelligence, analytics, document intelligence, and enterprise system integrations. The Program Manager will oversee the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and organizational change. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams supporting Legal, Sales, Product Delivery, Market Planning, Consulting, Implementation, and Business Transformation functions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership and Governance

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a complex enterprise analytics transformation program.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decision logs.
  • Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting processes, and steering committee communications.
  • Coordinate workstreams across technology, analytics, legal, business, operations, and external vendor teams.
  • Ensure program deliverables align with strategic business objectives and approved success measures.

Stakeholder and Executive Management

  • Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, legal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive presentations, workshops, and program status reviews.
  • Build alignment across cross-functional teams with competing priorities and interdependent deliverables.
  • Gather, prioritize, document, and manage business requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Communicate risks, decisions, dependencies, and recommended actions clearly to senior leadership.

Data and Analytics Program Delivery

Lead the delivery and adoption of capabilities involving:

  • Contract analytics and lifecycle intelligence
  • AI-enabled contract search, comparison, and document analysis
  • Enterprise contract data repositories
  • Document traceability and audit frameworks
  • Pricing analytics, normalization, and reporting
  • Salesforce contract data enrichment
  • Cross-system data integrations
  • Business intelligence dashboards and reporting
  • Enterprise data engineering and analytics platforms

Financial and Resource Management

  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and benefit-realization tracking.
  • Monitor resource utilization, capacity, vendor performance, and contractor allocation.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and third-party service providers.
  • Track program performance against approved financial, operational, and business objectives.

Change Management and Adoption

  • Develop enterprise adoption and change-management strategies.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, training, deployment, and rollout activities.
  • Define success metrics, adoption measures, and benefit-realization plans.
  • Drive sustained adoption of analytics, reporting, and contract-intelligence capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • At least 7 years of program or project management experience.
  • At least 5 years leading enterprise technology, analytics, data modernization, or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs with executive visibility.
  • Experience leading cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program governance, risk management, financial forecasting, and dependency management.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, contractors, and distributed delivery teams.
  • Strong executive presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Databricks, Salesforce, or enterprise business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience delivering AI, machine learning, data engineering, or data modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of contract analytics, legal technology, document intelligence, or pricing analytics.
  • Experience leading enterprise system integrations and organizational change programs.
