Location: Columbus, OH Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly Description No sponsorship or C2C for this role Must be a w2 employee of The Judge Group Scrum Project Manager Locations: Columbus, OH Work Model: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (3+ Months) About The Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Project Manager to lead and manage multiple technology projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with IT application teams, business stakeholders, and operations teams to drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent projects and drive successful delivery from initiation through completion. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, plans, and Azure DevOps (ADO) boards based on project methodology. Coordinate project scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, and deliverables. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum practices where applicable. Monitor project progress, identify risks, track issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Lead issue identification, escalation, resolution, and change management activities. Schedule and facilitate customer-facing and internal project meetings. Provide regular status updates and communicate project health to stakeholders and senior leadership. Build strong partnerships with business and technology teams. Collect and report key project metrics to support leadership decision-making. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication. Influence stakeholders across business, technology, and operations teams to achieve project objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience managing projects within an IT or technology organization. Proven experience working with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Strong project management skills including scope, schedule, budget, resource, risk, and issue management. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive decisions. Experience presenting project recommendations and status updates to senior leadership. Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within the Financial Services industry. Experience managing Infrastructure-related projects. Prior Scrum Master experience or certification is a plus.
