Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor, and assist with the direction of concurrent multidisciplinary IS projects across the Piedmont Healthcare System.
• Ensure projects are completed with high-level accountability to achieve targets.
• Provide high-quality project management and analysis for clinical and operational issues.
• Partner with key organizational and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals, and objectives for each initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field Required
• Master's degree Preferred
• 4 years of progressively responsible professional work experience involving project management, consulting and analysis, planning, business development, operations improvement, or a closely related field in an IS-related activity Required
• Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar certification Preferred
