About the role

You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination for imaging system installations including MRI, CT, X-ray, and Image-Guided Therapy systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resource coordination, and site readiness to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track and aligned to customer expectations
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to support order execution, revenue forecasting, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customer sites meet technical and operational requirements (e.g., drawings, specifications, infrastructure readiness) prior to installation

Requirements

You’re willing to travel up to 80% within the assigned zone, with occasional travel outside the territory, and are based in Atlanta or surrounding suburbs

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field (construction or healthcare equipment experience preferred)
  • Skills include project coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, environmental), including reading floor plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field

Pay

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WY is $83,363 to $133,380 per year.
