Atlanta Area Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple underground utility construction and sewer rehabilitation projects simultaneously.
• Cook up project schedules, subcontractors, crews, equipment, and material procurement.
• Monitor budgets, production, job costs, forecasts, and project profitability.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with field operations to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with one or more of the following: Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), CCTV Inspection, Sewer Cleaning, Pipe Bursting, Open-Cut Utility Construction, Manhole Rehabilitation, HeavyJob, HCSS, or similar construction management software.
