Project Manager | Industrial, Healthcare & Multifamily Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up construction projects valued at $5M+ from planning through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and financial performance
• Coordinate RFIs, change orders, subcontractors, and field operations teams
• Lead client meetings and maintain communication with key project stakeholders
• Drive project quality, schedule adherence, and successful project delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
• Experience delivering ground-up projects valued at $5M+
• Strong knowledge of project financial management and budgeting
• Background in healthcare, multifamily, industrial, education, or similar sectors
• Collaborative, analytical, and relationship-focused communication style

Pay

• Salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 130,000
• 8-12% annual bonus
• $500-$850 monthly car allowance
