About the role

The Industrial Project Manager oversees building design adherence, project definition, construction closeout, reporting, risk and financial management, team leadership, and departmental improvement to ensure projects meet scope, budget, safety, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Building design & developed as prescribed in Building RFQ & general specifications.
• Generate Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports, MOMs, Checklists.
• Construction closeout: Prepare, track & complete the execution of punch lists for each package.
• Coordinate with the client project team for final inspections, and final punch lists and coordinate timely execution of the same.
• Certification of work completion for all packages.
