Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion, delivering on schedule, within budget and to Griffco's quality standards.Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, permitting, scopes of work and change orders.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, trade partners and internal project teams.Coordinate estimating, design, preconstruction, field operations and executive leadership to keep projects moving efficiently.Anticipate challenges, identify solutions and proactively manage project risks.Foster strong relationships while maintaining accountability, clear communication and exceptional client service.Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement throughout every phase of construction. What You'll BringWhat You'll BringExperience managing industrial and/or cold storage construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.Design/build experience.Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts and multiple priorities simultaneously.A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software including Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.Ability to travel periodically for project meetings and jobsite visits.
