Project Manager, Industrial Construction

About the role

We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Industrial team in Chicago, IL. Our Industrial team builds nationally and boasts an impressive portfolio of completed projects. From day one, you will be given full project management responsibilities on a variety of design/build light- and mid-industrial projects.

Necessary qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years' of construction management or engineering design experience
• Previous experience leading ground up commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment construction projects is preferred
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
