Requirements

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Lead Project Manager experience on light‑industrial ground‑up and renovation projects, such as distribution centers, food & beverage facilities, and cold storage.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, subcontractor relations, and project financials.
