The Project Manager, In-House Agency role is essential in driving SpecOps initiatives forward and ensuring flawless execution across a wide range of creative deliverables. SpecOps, Directorie’s in-house creative team, develops derivative marketing materials that align with existing brand guidelines while meeting the highest standards of quality, speed, and compliance.
Project Manager, In Practice:
- Understand the ins and outs of project management and apply across all initiatives
- Open projects in Directorie’s project management system (Workamajig) based on provided project intake requests, ensuring all initial setup requirements are met
- Create comprehensive production timelines and schedules to meet project objectives
- Cook up and oversee timelines, budgets, and workflows from start to finish
- Partner closely with the SpecOps team of designers, copywriters, editors, and developers, including external contractors, to ensure resources are effectively aligned to client needs
- Contribute ideas that optimize processes, reduce redundancy, and help elevate the team’s overall impact
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/health care marketing environment
- Experience in Workamajig a plus!
