Project Manager, Implementation HP Strat. Cli
Pinnacle Method Consulting’s mission is to help job seekers reach their career peak by accessing top-tier opportunities. We systematically source and verify roles from premier employers like Navitus.
Navitus was founded as an alternative to traditional pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) models. We are committed to removing cost from the drug supply chain to make medications more affordable. Our team members work in an environment that celebrates diversity, fosters creativity, and encourages growth.
About the role
The Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients (IPM) will interface with health plans and strategic employer clients—which may include a government program component—to manage projects including transitioning clients to Navitus from their current PBM, implementing new services/programs, facilitating changes in vendor relations (e.g., TPA, disease management organization), and more.
This role is responsible for building early relationships with clients so they learn to trust us and have confidence that their transition needs will be met as seamlessly as possible. The IPM must have strong relationship skills to work with both client team members and Navitus subject-matter experts, which is key to a successful implementation. Excellent communication skills are necessary to ensure all team members are kept informed of requirements, changes, progress status, and potential issues. The IPM will also support other client projects and contribute to team goals.
