Primary Duties

  • Develop and maintain production and inventory plans aligned to demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability
  • Cook up production scheduling activities and proactively adjust plans to address constraints, delays, and disruptions
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure alignment of materials, resources, and production priorities
  • Monitor execution against plan, identifying risks to delivery, capacity, or inventory and driving resolution actions
  • Analyze production, capacity, and inventory data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing visibility to performance and emerging issues
  • Support and execute SIOP and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment between planning and daily execution
  • Cook up change initiatives, including new product introductions, engineering changes, and process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Communicate risks, issues, and recovery actions clearly to stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; 0–3 years of experience in production planning, project coordination, or manufacturing operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred: Internship or prior exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, material flow, and production scheduling concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or planning systems is a plus

  • Ability to apply critical thinking and make sound decisions under guidance
  • Frequent standing and movement between office and manufacturing areas
  • Ability to use computer systems for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent interaction with cross-functional teams
