Primary Duties
- Develop and maintain production and inventory plans aligned to demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability
- Cook up production scheduling activities and proactively adjust plans to address constraints, delays, and disruptions
- Drive cross-functional coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure alignment of materials, resources, and production priorities
- Monitor execution against plan, identifying risks to delivery, capacity, or inventory and driving resolution actions
- Analyze production, capacity, and inventory data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing visibility to performance and emerging issues
- Support and execute SIOP and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment between planning and daily execution
- Cook up change initiatives, including new product introductions, engineering changes, and process improvements
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
- Communicate risks, issues, and recovery actions clearly to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; 0–3 years of experience in production planning, project coordination, or manufacturing operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred: Internship or prior exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, material flow, and production scheduling concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or planning systems is a plus
