Project Manager II, Transmission (Hybrid Schedule)
About the role
Eversource is seeking a Project Manager II, Transmission in Westwood, MA. This role manages large, complex transmission projects in Massachusetts, coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of transmission projects including regulatory approvals and stakeholder interactions.
- Develop and oversee the procurement of materials and support systems for engineering, design, and construction projects.
- Represent Eversource in regulatory proceedings and at municipal meetings.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced personnel.
- Manage and develop team members through performance feedback and behavioral interaction techniques.
- Oversee the documentation and completion of projects in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of Project Management or related experience. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, but a combination of education and experience will be considered. A Master's degree is preferred.

$122,700.00 - $136,330.00 annually
Schedule
Hybrid schedule available, with at least three days in the office per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day determined by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. Employees may need to work additional days in the office for emergencies, training, or other business needs.
