About the role

We are looking for an End-to-End (E2E) Project/Program Manager to lead a high-priority initiative intersecting AI, Finance, Risk, and Compliance. This role focuses on program-level delivery and execution, distinct from Scrum Team TPM leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale programs/initiatives end-to-end.
• Establish program structures, including PMO setup, reporting frameworks, operating models, and governance.
• Collaborate with impacted platforms, engineering, and product leaders to track multiple modernization efforts.
• Lead Risk and Compliance initiatives, with knowledge of AI tools and the Finance portfolio.
• Own, present, and update roadmaps in close partnership with stakeholders.
• Create biweekly and monthly executive leadership updates.
• Expertly leverage JIRA Cloud and Confluence Cloud.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Risk and Compliance domains (preferred).
• Finance, Regulatory, and Compliance domain knowledge is a plus.
• Prior experience at American Express is a plus.
