Responsibilities
- Direct and contribute to overall health and execution of a project scope, including deliverables, timeline, and budget.
- Serve as the customer interface throughout project execution.
- Manage technical and financial aspects of projects, including regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Lead, facilitate, or conduct team meetings for project execution.
- Analyze financial health of low- to medium-complexity projects; may support senior-level project managers.
- Apply general product knowledge and assist in technical review of systems.
- Collaborate in resource selection and identify project risks.
- Identify change opportunities and negotiate change orders.
- Understand execution strategy and planning.
- Support monitoring of schedule attainment and assist in meeting project/customer requirements.
- Track margin attainment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- BA/BS degree in a technical field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, planning, or manufacturing.
- Ability to identify and solve problems collaboratively with management.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Understanding of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Project, Word, Excel).
- Basic business acumen and project environment knowledge.
- Good organizational skills and ability to drive project financial performance (forecasting, revenue, margin).
